Short, because the service is small and free.
It is free, and it is early
There is no licence, no seat, no per-project fee and no trial, and there is nothing to pay. Keel is provided as it is, while it is being built.
You bring your own AI subscription and your own people. Those are yours, and their terms are between you and them.
What you are responsible for
What you ask people, and the fact that you had the right to ask them. Keel never emails anyone on your behalf — you send every link yourself, in your own words — so who is asked, and how, is your decision.
You are responsible for anything you type into Keel, and for not putting anything into it that you are not free to share with the people you ask.
The reading can be wrong
An AI reads what people wrote and turns it into one word per answer. It can be wrong, and the product says so on screen rather than hiding it: a line can read “Too few to call”, an answer can be shown and counted nowhere, and nothing is ever final.
Nothing Keel shows you is advice, and nothing is a promise that an idea will work. It is a count of what a small number of people said.
No warranty
Keel is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the founder of Keel is not liable for any loss arising from using it, or from being unable to use it.
Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change it, or stop
The service may change, and it may stop. If it is going to stop, you will be told at the address on your account, and your projects will be downloadable before it does.
Governing law
The governing law will be named here when Keel's operator is registered.
