Your first project is free. After that, a credit is one cent.
A project is one idea tested end to end: the questions written, the people interviewed by one of two AI interviewers or by text, and one report that opens with the answer. No subscription, no card for the first one.

What a project includes.
Every project, free or paid.
- The claims behind your idea, written as questions. 4 to 10 of them, by what you are testing: 4 about the problem, 4 about the solution, 6 about paying, one follow-up each. You read every one before anyone is asked.
- People interviewed, as many as your credits cover. By one of two AI interviewers, voice or text, or by typing. About 4 to 9 minutes each.
- People to ask, if you need them. Your own, or professional contacts Keel finds for business audiences, 25 a page, more for credits.
- Every answer read and counted. One real occasion per person; a guess is shown and never counted.
- One report that opens with the answer. Build, change it, or not yet; what held and what did not; how many would join a pilot; the price that held; and the brief to download.
How many people you will need.
- Contacts Keel finds
25 a page, each with a verified work email. Business roles today; consumers are coming. Or your own people.
- Invitations you send
From your own mailbox, with a note first. Keel never contacts anyone. Links nobody opens cost nothing.
- Answers back
Strangers answer about one cold invitation in five to ten. Ten answers usually means writing to 50 to 100 people.
5 answers call a line10 make it sure
If fewer answer, you still get the report with the count on every line. If you would rather not run the outreach, ask for Keel-managed: Keel finds the people and runs the interviews. Not open yet; the form tells us you are interested.
The few questions people ask.
- What if only a few people answer?
- You still get the report, with the count on every line. Under five answers a line stays grey, so you know what is thin.
- What if nobody answers?
- Credits are spent only when an interview begins. Links nobody opens cost nothing. A project nobody answered costs you the set-up and your recorded interviewer, and no more.
- Do the people I ask need an account?
- No. Each one opens a private link, answers, and closes it. Nothing is installed and nobody is signed up.
- Who sees the answers?
- You do, in the report, with each person's name as you gave it. Before they answer, their page tells them: “Keel is storing what you say here and sharing it with the founder who invited you, with your name as they have it; they may quote your words in their report.”
- What does a credit pay for?
- An interview, 30 credits, is the AI that asks and the AI that reads. Finding people is bought by the page of 25. The set-up and your recorded interviewer are 700, once per project. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Credits, when you need them. They never expire.
